Why use a Nutritional Therapist? Nutritional Therapy recognises that each person is an individual with unique requirements and that it takes time to define a personalised nutrition plan rather than a 'one size fits all' approach. Together, we will review your state of health and devise a plan of action to help alleviate your symptoms and to help improve your health and vitality. The focus is to consider the cause of any problems rather than concentrating on the symptoms.
What is involved? You will be asked to complete a detailed questionnaire so that we can explore your concerns, goals, preferences and dislikes. You will then attend a 60 minute consultation where we agree on the best way forward together. A follow-up session is then booked to help monitor progress and to discuss the results of any tests that have been agreed upon.
What next? Make an appointment to meet, complete the questionnaire and be prepared to make some reasonable dietary and lifestyle changes.
